3 days of pigeon shooting in Cáceres

The half closed season will take place on August 19th and 26th, and September 2nd, in a farm with an area of about 1,000 hectares. Its extensive pine forests, eucalyptus groves and pastures are the roosting and nesting place of the woodcock. With a large number of pools of water in its interior, this farm undoubtedly offers the wood pigeons an ideal habitat.
Last year it was the best feeder in the whole region. The potential of this farm for the pigeon is really impressive. Both the farm and the feeder we know it well since we have hunted it in two consecutive seasons. This year we will be hunting with only 8 stacks, which will be able to be doubled without any problem and there will be one person for every two stacks for the collection of the pigeons.

The ground begins to be baited from the beginning of June, in order to ensure that, come the day, all hunters located in the lines of posts have the opportunity to shoot.

The pigeons of the shoot are distributed among all the stands.
