HUNTING IN ARGENTINA – Axis Deer Hunting Package

The package includes the hunting of 1 Axis Deer (chital) in open field for 3 days, being able to add more days if necessary. The main hunting modality is with natural light, stalking at dawn and in the late afternoon. For this species, the ideal season is between November and February, when the male specimens are in rut. However, due to the irregular nature of this species, they can also be hunted in March, April and May. The preserve is located in the south of the Province of Corrientes and has 1,300 hectares of typical Corrientes forest, an ideal habitat for the axis, wild pig, capybara, vizcacha, etc. (also authorized in the Province). The countryside has high areas of clean and dry forests, ideal for hunting under the modality of stalking in times of rutting, as well as during the whole year. There are also areas of closed woods located on the banks of the Barrancas Creek. Likewise, it has clean sectors, which are optimal places for stalking hunting, for those who prefer not to walk.
